Return and Exchange
RETURN POLICY sale items
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please use our sizing guide or email us info@littlemonbaby.com to determine the best fit, as sale items cannot be returned.
RETURN POLICY full price items
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we apply a 14 days right of return policy. Please ship unwanted items back within 7-10 days so that we can have it back in the store by 14 days.
- Returned items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging.
- Original sales receipts must be attached with all returns.
- Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping the package.
- Once the goods are received back at our warehouse the refund will be issued.
- You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charge.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original purchase and place a new order online.

International shipping and returns
If you wish to return an item you can do so however the cost of the return will be at your own expense. Please contact info@littlemonbaby.com for the required documentation to return items to our facilities in Canada.
